JAE offers two variations of the Continuous miner package that cater to specific mining needs. These packages are designed to efficiently extract minerals and resources from low to mid seams and mid to high seams, respectively.

Low to Mid seam: ranges from 1.5m on flat straight up to 3.6m or 1.8m to 3.8m. Includes:

JAE 38 Wildcub Continuous Miner

Our continuous miner helps cut coal and soft minerals in a continuous process. Using the technology we abolish the requirement to drill or blast through the underground mines.


Oviya supports JAE with quality assurance of the machineries while ensuring the well-being of the engineers who are working hard to deliver the accuracy that the machineries provide.

The JAE38 WILDCUB is a radio remote-controlled, high productive continuous mining machine

The machine uses its weight to convert the high-installed cutting power into real production and 
cutting performance.

The JAE38 WILDCUB is designed to be used in typical hard-cutting ‘Room and Pillar’ coal mining
where a high cutting force is required.

JAE 14T Shuttle Car

The shuttle car was predominantly designed around the highly successful and industry-proven JAE shuttle car gearbox design philosophy. The shuttle cars offer lower operating costs and superior product life. JAE has provided a full system solution with enhanced body life design and associated components with the assistance of various customer inputs.

For those customers who are not completely convinced of the benefits of our VSD DC drive offering, an AC VFD is also available upon request.

The JAE14 is a low-seam, single-operator-controlled, tethered bulk haulage machine. The shuttle car uses regenerative braking and hill hold technology.

The JAE14 is designed to be used in typical ‘Room and Pillar’ coal mining where a tight turning radius is required.

JAE 6100 Feeder Breaker

Comprehensively designed, sturdy feeder breaker supports heavy-duty underground coal mine operations. The feeder-breaker was designed by taking ease of maintenance and low cost of operation into consideration whilst meeting the needs of our customer base. The feeder breaker operates on a non-traction drive system and is customisable to meet a specific customer request.

The JAE61 is a fully configurable mobile crushing machine, options include:

  1. Continuous or load-activated dust suppression

  2. Bar or chord-type safety trips, dependent on seam height requirements

  3. Bar or chord-type safety trips, dependent on seam height requirements

  4. Discharge chute for reduced spillage at the belt tip interface

JAE SM-RR2 Roof Bolter

The JAE SM-RR2 Roof Bolter is a highly versatile and reliable piece of equipment designed to excel in low seam environments with roof heights ranging from 1.5 meters on flat terrain to 3.6 meters, or from 1.8 meters to 3.8 meters in more challenging conditions. This remarkable machine boasts a host of features that make it a standout choice for underground mining operations.

 

It's equipped with independent bolting platforms, each integrated with commodity trays, allowing for efficient and streamlined operations. Safety is a paramount concern, and the SM-RR2 addresses this with a walk-through chassis that enhances operator safety during use.

JAE High Seam Roof Bolter

The JAE High Seam Roof Bolter is a specialized and robust machine tailored for the unique demands of high seam mining operations, accommodating seam heights ranging from 2.2 meters to 4.8 meters, or 2.4 meters to 5 meters.

JAE introduces its impressive range of Battery Scoops, which includes the 1100 and 1200 variations.
